Screw Pile Pros is a Western Canada-based foundation company specializing in the supply and installation of engineered helical screw pile systems for residential, commercial, and light industrial construction. We started in Fort McMurray in 2016, expanded to Medicine Hat in 2018, acquired Edmonton Screw Pile Pros in 2022, and opened Red Deer and Calgary by 2023. Today we operate from seven locations across Alberta.
What separates us from the competition isn’t just the work – it’sΒ how we approach it.Β Everything starts with an engineering principle. Every project, regardless of size, leaves our sites with a PE-stamped torque report, as-built drawings, and shop drawings. Our installation tolerance of 1/8 inch is approximately 24 times tighter than the Government of Alberta master specification – a level of precision that modular home builders, engineers, and general contractors have come to rely on.
Do it right. Communicate clearly. Stand behind our work.Β We don’t sell on price – we earn repeat business on performance.

Engineers across Alberta are now requiring as-built drawings after pile installation because other contractors are inaccurate - pile caps not lining up with beams, forcing expensive redesigns. Our 1/8-inch tolerance means your as-built matches your design. Every time.

Screw piles are specifically engineered for Alberta’s conditions. By anchoring below the frost line – typically 6-7.5 ft in Edmonton and 4-6 ft in Calgary – they eliminate frost heave risk. Our engineering approach means each pile is designed for the specific soil profile and load requirements of your site, not just a generic depth.
